Unveiling the Magic of Yoga and Our Unique Community

Here at the Yoga Tree of Boise Foundation (501(c)(3) nonprofit), we believe that yoga is a gift for everyone – no exceptions and this scholarship program is one of our ways of contributing to the well-being of our community. This program is designed to empower individuals who have a sincere interest in yoga but may face constraints (whatever they may be) that limit their access to yoga education. It’s about embracing well-being, connecting deeply, and cherishing the principles of diversity and inclusion.

Scholarship recipients will have the opportunity to undergo a 12-week yoga program led by experienced instructors. Each yoga class offers asanas (poses), pranayama (breath control) and meditation techniques, resulting in a well-rounded understanding of yoga’s diverse aspects.

Why Yoga? Why Now? Because You Deserve It!

In today’s fast-paced world, stress, anxiety, and isolation often take center stage, therefore, prioritizing our health and well-being is more crucial than ever. Yoga offers a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on physical strength, flexibility, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Through consistent practice, individuals can experience improved sleep, enhanced concentration, reduced stress levels, and increased mindfulness. It’s a chance to harmonize your inner world with the world around you. It becomes a bridge that connects souls, fostering understanding, and celebrating each unique journey.
